How it works

You see it finished first.

On an Essential build we make your site before you pay anything. The real one, your words, your photos, live on a link you can send to anyone. No mockups, no wireframes, no guessing from a slide deck. You look at the finished thing and decide from there.

What you get

A site that does the selling for you.

Everything above the fold answers the only three questions a customer has: what you do, whether you are any good, and how to reach you. Nothing to scroll for, nothing to hunt. The proof is further down, in the three builds below.

From invisible to unmissable.

Pricing

Three ways to work together.

Every tier is a one-time fee, and the more you invest the faster it lands. No retainer, no monthly bill, and the site is yours to keep either way.

Questions

The things people ask before they say yes.

How is it $997 when everyone else quotes five grand?

Because we are not rebuilding the wheel each time and we are not billing you for meetings. We have our own patterns, we cut them to fit your business, and one person builds the whole thing without a project manager in the middle. You are paying for the work, not for an agency's office.

The tiers above are the honest version of this. $997 buys a site that does its job properly. $10,000 buys something nobody else in your town will have. Both are worth the money for different reasons.

What is the catch with the free sample?

There isn't one, and I understand why you would ask. We build the real site first, on a real link you can send to your partner or your mate who knows about this stuff. If you look at it and it isn't for you, you say so and we part company. You pay nothing and you owe us nothing.

We do it that way because it is a faster way to prove we are any good than talking about it for a week.

Do I actually own it, or am I renting it from you?

You own it. The site and the domain are in your name, and if you ever want to move it somewhere else or hand it to someone else, you can, and we will help you do it.

Plenty of website companies keep the domain in their own account. It is how they make sure you never leave. We think that is a rotten way to keep a customer.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. One payment, once. No retainer, no subscription, no maintenance plan you forget you are on.

You will pay for your own domain, which is roughly $15 a year, and that goes to the registrar rather than to us. Hosting for a site this size is free at the scale a local business needs.

How much of my time is this going to take?

One conversation, and then whatever it takes you to send us your photos and the answers to a short list of questions. Half an hour of your day, near enough.

If you have no photos we can generate them, and if you hate writing we will write it and you tell us where we got your business wrong.

Is 48 hours real, or is that the sales version?

It is real, and here is the part that makes it real: the clock starts when you send us your content, not when we first speak. We cannot build your site while we are waiting on your photos.

It is also real because Essential is deliberately scoped to what can be done properly in two days. That is why the bigger tiers take a week or three. More time buys more craft, not more pages.

Will people actually find me on Google?

That is a separate job from building the site, and we do it on every build rather than selling it back to you later. Search Console, analytics, your Google Business Profile connected, and a page for each service and each town you work in rather than one page trying to cover all of them.

What we will not do is promise you position one. Anyone who does is guessing, and usually charging monthly for the guess.

I already have a website. Is it worth changing?

Sometimes not, and we will tell you if that is the case. If your site loads fast, works on a phone and brings you work, keep it.

The ones worth replacing are the ones that were built years ago on a phone that was smaller than yours, or that take eight seconds to load, or that no longer say what you actually do. Send us the link and we will give you a straight answer.

What if I want something changed after it is live?

Small changes in the first month are part of the build on every tier, and on Flagship that stretches to a month of changes on anything. After that we do it hourly, and we will tell you the number before we start.

You will never get an invoice from us you did not agree to first.

Tell us about the business.

We will come back to you the same day. On an Essential build the next thing you see is your actual website, not a proposal.

No obligation, and we do not sell your details to anyone. See our privacy policy.
